• Free incorporation of your limited company, registration of PAYE and VAT, if applicable and registering your business for corporation tax with HMRC (usually £100).
• Access to an online cloud accounting package to record the ins and outs of your business including sales invoice generation and use of an app.
• Preparation of quarterly VAT returns including compliance with MTD.
• Monthly payroll administration including advice on salary levels, RTI submissions, production of P45’s, P60’s, P11D’s and end of year filing.
• End of year company accounts, corporation tax computation and tax return including submissions to Companies House and HMRC.
• Submission of your company’s annual confirmation statement to Companies House (£13 filing fee to Companies House is covered).
• Reminders of deadlines to stay compliant.
• Unlimited IR35 reviews.
• Unlimited accountants’ reference for mortgages and tenancies.
• Assistance with insurance, pensions and mortgage advice via our business associate who are independent and authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority
• Preparation of your personal tax return (usually a minimum of £200)
• Unlimited accountancy and tax advice.
• Direct contact with your personal accountant.
